Carcass Processing Step Moving Conveyor is also called step conveyor, or stepping moving cattle carcass processing conveyor.

Brief Introduction:

This machine is equpped to automatic operation line. Operation line working flow will determine the step conveyor’s movement, stepping, stop and start time, to achieve the fluence of the automatic operation line.

Operation:

Operator get the cattle (after bloodletting and pre-peeling process) into step conveyor entrance, while controlling system is in function, cattle let will be automatically seperated and enter the next working positions. Working position quantity will be customized due to customer’s requirement.

Generally it can be devided as: 1, pre-peeling and finishing. 2, peeling. 3, check open. 4, take white offal. 5, take red offal. 6, splitting half & spraying. Etc.

Whole procedure will be electric controlled, operators can operate at each working positions.

Maintenance

1, adding grease to driving system and movement parts frequently

2, pneumatic parts need to keep clean, check for its conditions daily, repair or replace broken parts in time

3, electronics needs to keep dry, replace broken wires in time.

4, check for the tension of driving chain, enhance the tension if it is loose.

5, whole machine maintenance conduct every year, make sure the normal function.
