Steel sheet need to be cleaned before painting procedure, to achieve dust removing and enhance friction, adhesive. This machine is equipped with dust remover to meet environment requirement. It figures low noise, less space demand, stable ability, safe and reliable.

This machine consists of cleaning chamber, sealing chamber, roller system, shot blaster compact, spiral transportation system, lifting machine, maintenance platform, separator, dust remover, pneumatic system and electric system, etc.

While machine operation, steel sheet will be send into cleaning chamber through rollers, the clean procedure will be function at the same time while transportation. Each working unit will be turned on gradually.
