Used for the production of PVC pipe with different diameter and thickness. PVC pipe is widely used in agricultural water supplying, agricultural water drainage, buildings water drainage, cable placing, etc. CPVC pipe is widely used for crude oil transportation, chemical liquid transportation, hot water and cold water supplying and drainage, buried type high voltage power transportation, cable protective hose, etc.

PVC production line consists of cone shape (parallel shape) double screw extruder, vacuum sizing platform, dragging machine, cutting machine, end product flapping finger, etc. Cone shape (parallel shape) double screw extruder and dragging machine adopt inverted A/C speeding. Vacuum pump and dragging motor are qualified brands. Dragging machine will be designed with 2 belts, 3 belts, 4 belts, 6 belts type according to different diameters. 1. Micro-computer controlling high pressure pu foam machine and self-cleaning type low pressure pu foam machine can only be used for material ratio (POLY:ISO) 1:1, rigid foam product production

2. Wood-imitation product, density begins from 300kg/m3, and the mould would be metal moulds

3. The pressure of spray machine is for spraying pressure, not air pressure. And the spray machine would be devided into low pressure pu foam machine and high pressure pu foam spray machine.

4. High pressure pu foam spray machine has bigger working area, and the hose can be from 15 meter to 90 meters. Standard equpment would be 15 meter with 2 meter gun connecting hose.

5. Elastomer machine has two types: a. high temperature elastomer machine, b. low temperature elastomer machine. If you are using MOCA, as one of the material, you would need high pressure elastomer machine.

6. To produce flexible foam product, you can use PLC high pressure pu foam machine, low pressure flexible pu foam machine and also cyclopentane high pressure pu foam machine. Cyclopentane foam machine would be good for envirionment protecting demanded area.

7. PLC high pressure pu foam machine would be good for both rigid and flexible foam product. And big output work would be good.

8. The reaction temperature of polyurethane material would be from 20 to 25 degree. Chiller can be used if you are at high temperature area, and also if you want to produce very high end product, you may also build a green-house, to keep the temperature the same.

9. Generally, rigid foam product mould takes more pressure than flexible foam product.

10. About material ratio, generally, more Isocyanate the product would has more rigidity.

Steel pipe shot blasting machine is mainly used for the surface cleaning of crude oil pipe, gas line pipe, chemical pipe, etc. It is used for surface cleaning before welding and painting, efficiently removing dust, oxide coating. The finished surface is clean and rough to enhance the adhesive force of the paint.

Shot blasting machine can be triggered as step by step working. Each working unit functions when it is necessary to save power and the time. Photoelectric detecting system can measure the work piece size and position. When work piece is transported into working chamber, shot blasting machine will function itself. Each face even the corners of the work piece will be treated, saving shot blast and also protecting the shield.

Working Procedure

Steel pipe will be induction heated, then transferred to shot blasting procedure. After dust removing check, steel pipe will be transported to pipe rack, where it will be put into epoxy powder coating line automatically.

Steel pipe will be heated again to enhance the adhesive force for epoxy powder. Powder coating, adhesive layer coating, PE layer coating will be finished gradually with a T shape equipment placement.

After PE layer coating, the whole pipe will be cooled by water, and sent into anticorrosion layer check (powder, adhesive layer, PE layer).

Finished pipe will be stocked in the warehouse for further usage. End beveling can also be done after this.

Slaughterhouse Sewage Treatment Procedure

First of all, we need to consider the final water usage method:

Method 1: Drain into city sewage treatment grid for further treatment
Method 2: Drain into a clear water tank or basin to reuse it in the slaughterhouse, this method is the further treatment result of method 1.

Method 1 treatment procedure:
1. Slaughterhouse waste water will be drained into the water collection well after mechanical grid filtering; solid waste, size bigger than 20 mm, will be transferred to a cart or certain place, waiting for shipment.
2. Water in collection well will be pumped into second mechanical grid filtering; solid waste, size>5 mm, will be filtered out, will be transferred to a cart or certain place, waiting for shipment.
3. Filtered water will be drained into fat and oil separation tank, to remove the fat, oil and sediments; removed fat, oil and sediment will be stocked in a tank. After dewatering, the sediment will be shipped out.
4. Water will be drained into adjustment tank; the temperature and PH value will be adjusted here.
5. Adjusted water will be drained into air floating tank; to another fat, oil and sediment removal process.
6. The water after step 5 will be drained into first aerobic tank to remove the carbon with the help of aerobic bacteria.
7. Water after step 6 will be drained into first sedimentation tank; separated water will be drained into city sewage water system or further treated in Method 2.

Method 2 treatment procedure:
1. Water after first sedimentation tank will be drained into anaerobic tank; organics will turn into ammonia or ammonium
2. Water with ammonia or ammonium will be drained into second aerobic tank, where ammonia or ammonium will be subjected to nitrate.
3. Water in second aerobic tank will drain back into second anaerobic tank, facultative bacteria will remove oxide from nitrate, which will transmit nitrate into nitrogen and get back to the air.
4. Water after bio treatment will drain into second sedimentation tank; mud and water will separate with each other. Top clear level will be drained into middle storage tank.
5. Water in middle storage tank will be pumped into fiber ball filter, to remove the suspended solid.

Two methods for mutton carcass preparing

In mutton slaughterhouse, there will be several methods to prepare the carcass before its carcass processing procedure.

In the past, some of the abattoir worker will burn the hair out because of its convenience. But the carcass will have the bad smell and it need to be wiped clean with knives, which is actually not very convenient.

Abattoir workers are always smart to figure out new ways to solve this problem.

According to local traditional preparing demand, the carcass will be prepared with skin or without skin. Carcass with skin is mostly for Southern China, and the other is for Northern China. Also, we can also prepare it following the customer demand.

To achieve this result, we have two mostly used methods for the carcass preparing:

1, hair removing method (also called dehairing method)

2, skin peeling method

Both methods can be done by labor, however, we would better get machine involved.

Method 1: we can use sheep scalding machine and deharing machine as the helper. Sheep with hair will be scalded first, and then put into the sheep deharing machine to remove the hair.

Method 2: we can use sheep skin peeling machine. Sheep with hair will need a pre-peeling procedure, to provide a holding point for skin peeling machine. And skin will be peeled off as the roller rotating.

The advantage of PU foam panel

PU foam panel are using low weight PU foam insulation material as its core material, with external cover made of SII, PVC color sheet and stainless steel sheet parts. PU foam insulation layer has very good insulating effect and it can prevent the temperature transmission from one side to the other side. This will provide a much more efficiency working and the service cost of the room will be reduced.

PU foam panel has the characteristics of fire proofing, flame resistance and high temperature tolerance. After mixed with flame resistance agent, PU foam is a self-extinguishing material, which has a softening point above 250 degrees. PU foam will resolve only at very high temperature. Additionally, the ashes formed after flame will also provide a prevention layer for foam below, this will also stops the fire spreading. What is more, there is no harmful air generated from the fire.

Because of the good temperature insulation performance, the insulation layer thickness will be reduced than other materials if the insulation requirement is the same. Thus, the internal space will be enlarged.

PU foam has good resistance capacity of deformation, stable and safe surface. PU foam has stable closed cell structure which has better temperature insulating function, but also has good performance of sound absorption and freeze-thaw. 4. Maintenance

4.1 Operator need to be fixed, and each elevator can stand only one operator.

4.2 After daily work, oil cylinder piston needs to get back to the cylinder barrel, in case of the piston is polluted and effect the machine function.

4.3 electronics need to keep dry, and broken elements need to be replaced in time.

4.4 movement parts need to add grease in time, make sure them function well.

4.5 Oil temperature need to be controlled between 0-50 degree. Remove the remains on time. Oil number is 40#, change the oil every month. After several months usage, oil changing can be done by each six months. Oil height 100mm to the top.

4.6 clean the filters frequently, change it if necessary
