Single column elevating platform is also called single pole elevating stand, single pole elevating platform, single column elevator, etc.

There are two types of single column elevating platform used in the cattle slaughterhouse, pneumatic and hydraulic driven style.

Pneumatic elevating platform will use compressed air as the working power.

Hydraulic elevating platform will use hydraulic system with hydraulic oil as its working power.

General Introduction

This equipment is installed on the two sides of the step conveyor. This machine is equipped to the cattle or sheep slaughtering machine, it can let operators standing on the right position for operations, such as pre-peeling, finishing.

This machine consists of machine frame, elevating platform, pneumatic system, etc. It has one stainless steel platform and fence; platform is connected to the elevator with cylinder. While working operator stands on the platform, step on the feet-controlling switch to achieve the up/down movement and any position in height. It figures easy operation, easy maintenance.

This machine needs to be cleaned, and air source need to be switched off after work.

Only one operator allowed on one elevator. Overload may cause damage to the machine. Please be caution while elevator working, otherwise, accident would happen.

Maintenance
