PVC profile extrusion line is used for PVC window profile, cable protective profile extrusion. This production line will equip different extruders according to its section view and mold; together with vacuum sizing section, dragging machine, cutting machine, product discharging device, etc.

Main machine extruding capacity can be 150 to 450 kg per hour. Dragging machine figures stable working, good reliability, big dragging force. Vacuum sizing section adopts turbo cooling system, easy forming and cooling, to meet the high productivity demand. Cutting machine will moves synchronized with production line at same speed, PLC controlled to cut the product in certain length; also with dust collection device. Vacuum sizing section length will be different according to different molds, from 4 meters to 11 meters. Cone shape double screw extruder is equipped to meet high capacity production. Product discharging device can discharge the finished product in rack automatically.
