Material pump cannot be started

1. Power voltage is wrong

2. Material tank pressure is wrong

3. Filter jammed

4. Cycling switch position is wrong

5. Current protection relay is in function

1. Check for the voltage

2. Increase the tank pressure

3. Clean the filter

4. Set the switch to right position

5. Press RESET button

Material pump output pressure is too small

1. Material tank pressure is low

2. Filter or hose jammed

3. High-low end cycling switch leakage

4. Metering pump fault

5. Electromagnetic valve fault

1. Check the tank pressure

2. Clean the filter and hoses

3. Replace the high-low end cycling switch

4. Repair the metering pump

5. Replace

Stops while normal production

High pressure protection

1. Check the outlet nozzle and adjust valve

2. Check the pressure gorge setting

Mixing head fault

1. Piston cannot be lifted

2. Piston cannot go back after injection

1.1 check injection system protection value & oil pressure

1.2 check oil pressure electromagnetic valve, if jammed or out of power

2.1 check the small piston approach switch, if wire is cut or damaged

2.2 check if oil pressure electromagnetic valve is jammed

High pressure metering pump fault

Big noise, pressure not stable

check:

material tank pressure,

if filter is jammed,

if material level is low,

if there is too much air in the material hose,

if material is not well filtered,

if nozzle components is not functioning well,

if metering pump auxiliary components is not functioning well.

Oil system pressure is low

1. pressure gorge setting is wrong

2. oil pump is not function well

3. manual pressure releasing valve is not well closed

1. adjust the setting value or replace the switch

2. replace the oil pump

3. replace the valve

Oil pump motor cannot stop

1. Oil pump outlet leakage

2. Piston sealing leakage

3. Pressure gorge relay damaged

1. Replace the outlet

2. Replace the sealing

3. Replace the relay

Oil pump motor noise too big, pressure increase very slow

Oil pump inlet filter jammed

Clean the filter

Mixing head function very slow

1. Oil pressure is low

2. Piston sealing leakage

3. Accumulator pressure is low

1. Adjust the pressure setting

2. Replace the sealing

3. Refill Nitrogen gas

Material temperature too high

1. Chiller temperature set too high

2. Water not enough in tank

3. Electromagnetic valve damage, cannot open

4. Chiller damage

1. Reset the value

2. Refill water

3. Replace the valve

4. Check & repair the cooling system
