We will offer the machines to meet your demand and also to meet buyer local hygiene and environment requirements.

Meanwhile, we offer these services listed below:

A. free maintenance stuff training
Two or more maintenance stuff are needed to ensure the equipment in good function. One is main engineer and the other is for backup. These engineers will install the machines with us onsite at the working plant. They will know more about the machines while the installation. We will also work with them for machine trial; this way, they can learn to fix the problems immediately when they occurs.

B. free backup auxiliary parts and tools
Necessary auxiliary parts and tools are provided for free, shipped together with the machine. This way, you can find available replacement in time.

C. free audio and video solutions
Most of our buyers are located outside China, and this may set up a barrier in our after sale service. To solve this, we will provide 7 x 24 audio and video service if the problems can not be solved by your trained engineer. Call us immediately by video or audio channels, we will always be prepared to solve the problems.

D. six month scheduled machine maintenance on basic cost (for option)

We can send our engineer to check and maintain the machine every six month as scheduled. Fees of this service will be charged on basic cost if it is chosen.
