This production line can make insulation pipes diameter from 45mm to 426mm. PU insulation layer has better performance than other material.

This production line can be divided into seven sections: Extruding section, pipe uploading section, pipe inserting section, pu material pouring section, cooling section, cutting section, pipe finishing section. (Shot blasting machine can be applied in the between of pipe loading section and pipe inserting section, if needed).
