Hydraulic skin remover is also called hydraulic cattle skin removing machine , hydraulic cattle dehiding machine, hydraulic cattle dehiding system, hydraulic cattle skin dragging machine, hydraulic cattle skin peeling machine, etc.

It is used for the cattle skin dragging or peeling off from the cattle carcass.

1. Constructure and usage:

This machine is used for skin removing process after living cattle pre-peeling. Adopts hydraulic up/down moving, consisting of hydraulic station, main motor, living cattle leg shackling, etc.

2. Operation

This equipment needs to employees for operation. Cattle front leg need to be fastened on the leg shackling frame, pre-peeled cattle back leg fastened on the machine. Employee stand on the elevator, and then start the machine for skin removing. Machine moves from top to below, and works need to finish the skin with knifes to confirm the integral of fat and meat, also the quality of cattle skin. Elevator movement is controlled by the workers.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Operator need to be fixed, and each elevator can stand only one operator.

4.2 After daily work, oil cylinder piston needs to get back to the cylinder barrel, in case of the piston is polluted and effect the machine function.

4.3 electronics need to keep dry, and broken elements need to be replaced in time.

4.4 movement parts need to add grease in time, make sure them function well.

4.5 Oil temperature need to be controlled between 0-50 degree. Remove the remains on time. Oil number is 40#, change the oil every month. After several months usage, oil changing can be done by each six months. Oil height 100mm to the top.

4.6 clean the filters frequently, change it if necessary

4.7 If leakage noticed, please check the condition of seals, change if damaged.

4.8 check and maintain the hydraulic parts, electronics, pneumatic parts frequently, make sure the machine operates well.
