Powder spraying machine is used for steel pipe external wall anticorrosion treatment. Steel pipe will be heated first; the spraying procedure is functioned at the same time while steel pipe is rotated in the transportation line. Steel pipe will be heated at temperature of 180 to 195 degrees, induction heater power 50kw. Steel pipe moving speed is 3 to 10 meters per minute. Powder consumption is 300 to 600 gram per minute.
