To enlarge the production capacity for each working unit, we designed a double track polyurethane foam earplug production line.

This production line can achieve the production of 9000 pairs per hour.

You will need 2-3 workers to manage whole production line.

It adopts continuous production method, and will reduce the mistake rate.

It adopts PLC controlling method, material pouring, mold closing, mold opening, machine head nozzle cleaning will be done automatically by itself.

The molds are heated by water, ensuring the consist temperature needed.
