General information

This machine can be used for cattle tripe, stomach, pig stomach, sheep stomach cleaning and scalding, decoloring, etc. Low/high operation speed for option. High speed is for stomach cleaning, low speed is for tripe washing. Specialized pan is smooth, equipping with several wheels, make sure the stomach is integral after washing. Hot/cold water hose and moving doors are on machine top, and front of machine has output door, lower left has waste water drainage outlet. Whole machine is made by stainless steel, and fastened on cement base by 3 expansion bolts.

This machine figures easy operation, low noise, clean, etc. It can enhance the working efficiency, reduce labor. This machine is mainly used in medium and big slaughtering houses.

Machine civil construction

Make sure the position on site in your factory. Concrete foundation for references, barried in bolts or steel panels (for base welding), position after calibration.

Operation

1, connect the water hose with water resources, inject hot/cold water and make sure its at good temperature.

2, put in the cavity from machine top, cover it, press [start] button, tripe washing starts

3, after several minute washing, tripe washing is done. Switch off power and drain the waste water out though drainage valve.

4, take out tripe

Notes

When machine is in function, put in tripe as quick as you can. Choose a function time according to tripe weight and quantity, for best cleaning effect.

Maintenance

1, clean the machine cavity with clean water, remove the remains

2, adding grease to main bearings, if bearing balls are broken or loose, replace the bearings.

3, check for driving belt tightness, make sure driving capability.
