The carcass processing step moving conveyor is customized with different working positions, such as 5 position type, 6 position type, 7 position type, etc.

Cattle head cutting, skin removing, chest cutting, offal removing, viscera removing, splitting, flushing procedures are all finished with the help of this conveyor.

The conveyor power is about 2.2kw, the moving speed is about 12 meters per minute. Space between 2 positions will be 2.4 meters.

The leg separating finger distance is 0.8 meter.

Each working position will has its own operation time; the time is adjustable on the controlling cabinet area.

Emergency stop button is installed in every position to prevent the harm to workers.
