This is a modified version of the pig shackling and shocking conveyor, cause the pigs are not shackled to meet next step demand.

It has 3 contacting shocking poles at the end of this machine, these poles will provide a better shocking result for pigs. These poles have trimmed contacting fingers to enhance the shocking.

Most of the machine frame is made by galvanized steel and some meat contacting protective cover is made by stainless steel.

It will be controlled by PLC to meet the speed of whole pork preparing line.

The positioning of this machine is accurate.

The rate of electric power is stable.

The dimension is about 5.5 x 1.1 x 1.7 meters

Installation power is about 2kw.
