A shape feather removing machine has two types: rough dehairing machine and fine dehairing machine.

A shape feather removing machine frame is made by stainless steel square tube, thickness 2.5mm; each side equipped with several dehairing sections (rough dehairing machine has 2 sections; fine dehairing machine has 3 sections). Dehairing section is also made by 2.5mm stainless steel. Each dehairing section has 10 dehairing combines with 12 dehairing fingers each. Dehairing finger is made by rubber; the dehairing shaft is stainless steel.

The feather removing machine is driven by 6 belts, working independently. Working power is 2.2kw each. Belts are high speed Nylon material with good flexibility.

Hook direction system will make sure the hooks are fixed during the feather removing procedure, preventing the machine damage by hooks and also making sure the feather removing effect. Water spraying system will flush down the feather immediately, ensuring the working effect and also the machine working condition.

Each dehairing section has its own adjustment system, to achieve directional movement.
