This machine can process the sewage water with up to 10% sustained solid waste. The working pressure is 0.3 to 1.6 Mpa. Customized pressure can be 3Mpa or higher.

Filter capacity can be changed by adding or reducing the panel quantity.

Panel is a square panel with frames, frame dimension is about 200-2000 mm; whole machine can filter 1-2000m2. Panel and frame will be pressed by mechanical device, hydraulic device or electric spiral device. Panel and frame will made by steel, wood, plastic, etc.

Main machine is a machine frame with two cross pillars, which both ends are fixed on the hydraulic cylinder base and stopping pole. Several filtering chambers are placed on the main frame and the chambers can move horizontally by cylinder for pressing propose.

Hydraulic part mainly consists of oil tank, oil filter, pump, cylinder and related hoses.

Electric parts will mounted on the right side of the machine. We will use Chinese famous brand.
