Mechanical grid is the very first equipment for sewage water treatment plant, it can remove the big size waste from the sewage. Normally we can customize the grid mesh size, the width and the length as per request, and the default mesh size is 20mm.

3. The grid will be provided as whole, and will save installation time and make it easy.

Working procedure:

Stainless or nylon grid fingers will be placed on the chain shaft, which will make a whole circle shape net. Whole net will moves continuously from bottom to top. Filtered sewage waste will be transferred to ground or cart for further processing. After the mechanical grid filtering procedure, the remains in sewage water will not harm the pump and will reduce the working labor of followed steps.
